Tenn. bill proposes death certificates for fetuses

This is a ridiculous story out of Tennessee.

A state Representative has proposed a bill that would require aborted babies to get death certificates. These would only be for babies aborted after 22 weeks. Any sane person would have been able to decide whether they wanted the baby long before that point. But that is beside the point.

Lets first talk about the word "birth" as in "birth certificate" or "birthday". American Heritage dictionary defines birth as "The emergence and separation of offspring from the body of the mother." How can there be a death certificate for someone that has not been born?

How can we call it murder when there hasn't been a birth?

Should all of our ID cards be changed to represent the day of conception?

I don't agree with late term abortions but I don't see how you can force someone to have a child when they cannot take care of a book much less a child. Spend one day in our schools and you will see children with parents that had no business bringing a life form into the world. You cant prevent people from having sex, but you can fix mistakes.
